...for the respondent no.3 The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Mr. Samrat Sen, the erstwhile Arbitrator who had recused himself from the said arbitration has on the request of this Court agreed to recommence the said proceeding.

In light of the same, AP/113/2021 is allowed and Mr. Samrat Sen is directed to recommence the arbitration in accordance with law and conclude the same within a period of six months from date.

Further compensation of Rs.2 lakhs be given to the Arbitrator. The same be divided between the parties.
