...for the private respondents The Court: The petitioner challenges a sanctioned plan granted by Kolkata Municipal Corporation for premises no. 52A, Mohendra Sircar Street, Ward No. 50, Borough-V under Kolkata Municipal Corporation in favour of the respondent nos. 9 to 15.

Learned Advocate appearing for the Corporation, however, submits that Corporation has already initiated a process for revocation of the sanctioned plan.

Learned Advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 9 to 15 challenges the locus of the writ petitioner.

I am, however, not inclined to go into the merits of the writ petition since a proceeding has already been initiated by the Corporation to cancel the plan. I make it clear that before taking any decision in this matter, the Corporation must hear the petitioner and respondent nos. 9 to 15. After hearing them, the Corporation shall pass a reasoned order regarding the sanctioned plan.

Accordingly, WPO/98/2025 is disposed of.
