...for the present Receiver The Court:- As prayed for by the parties, in the order dated 19th March, 2024, some necessary corrections should be incorporated in the following manner which are as follows:- In the portion of third cause title i.e., IA NO. GA/10/2019 (Old No: GA/ 1782/2019), instead of the respondent being 'SMT. CHARUSILA TRUST ESTATES AND ORS', it should be read as 'SMT. CHARUSILA TRUST ESTATES'.

In the last line at page 2 of the said order, instead of 'Section 1(14) of the CPC', it should be read as 'Section 114 of the CPC'. In the first line of third paragraph at page 3 of the said order, instead of the line starts as 'The present Receiver Mr. Dasgupta appears before this Court and . . .', it should be read as 'Mr. Dasgupta appears for the present Receiver before this Court and. . .' and the next sentence of the said paragraph should be read as 'Ms. Chakraborty. . .' instead of 'Mr. Chakraborty. . '. In the last line of the third paragraph at page 3, the word 'erstwhile' should be erased from the line.

Let the aforesaid corrections be rectified and incorporated in the order dated 19th March, 2024.
