The Court:- Petitioners pray for giving effect to the order dated 3rd February, 2016 passed by the learned Municipal Assessment Tribunal, Kolkata, in M.A.A. No.539 of 2013.

It has been submitted by the parties that a civil revision application was preferred challenging the aforesaid order. By an order dated 24th March, 2021 passed in C.O. No.682 of 2021, the aforesaid order has been quashed and set aside by this Court. The learned Tribunal has been directed to hear out the appeal afresh on merit.

In view of the above, the present writ petition becomes infructuous and is hereby dismissed.
