The Court : This contempt application, filed under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is listed today for consideration after the same has appeared in the warning list for several days.

Mr. S. S. Arefin, learned Advocate appears for the petitioner and submits that this application was filed against the opposite parties/alleged contemnors for non-compliance of order dated 17th August, 2006 passed by His Lordship Justice Maharaj Sinha, in connection with the WP No.778 of 2005.

It is submitted that subsequently, the opposite party complied with the order and the petition, therefore, has become infructuous.

Considered. Since, there is no grievance on the part of the petitioner and the order has already been complied with, the contempt application being CC/11/2011 stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.

Consequently, the application being GA/1/2011 (Old No.GA/1000/2011) also stands disposed of.
