Satadeep Bhattacharyya, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner that the disputes between the parties relating to the memorandum of understanding dated May 25, 2015 and the letters of guarantee dated May 25, 2015 and July 9, 2015, respectively have been settled out of Court and as such the petitioner does not wish to press this application.

Ghosh, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent confirmed the submission made by the petitioner.

She also produced a copy of the terms of settlement dated December 16, 2020 entered into between the parties and duly signed by their respective Advocates. Let a copy of the said terms of settlement be kept on record.

In view of the aforementioned terms of settlement arrived at between the parties the application AP/115/2020 under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 stands dismissed.
