...for the respondent PNB The Court: The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has provided security personnel to the respondent Bank but the respondent Bank has not paid the pending bills of the petitioner. The petitioner wrote several letters to the Bank including on 22nd June, 2019. The last bill is of 17th January, 2023. The Bank has not responded till date.

The respondent is represented and Counsel submits that the Bank will consider the representation.

WPO/192/2023 is disposed of with a direction on the Bank to consider the representation and dispose it of by a reasoned order within seven days from
