The Court:- Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the judgment and order dated 19th May, 2022 passed by this Single Bench was challenged before the Division Bench. By an order dated 13th February, 2024, the appeals were allowed both on the point of locus standi of the writ petitioners and also on merits. The judgment and order under appeal was set aside. This was thereafter challenged by the writ petitioner before the Hon'ble Apex Court. By an order dated 31st October, 2025 passed in Civil Appeal No. 1120611210 of 2024, the Hon'ble Apex Court allowed the petitioners to withdraw the appeals.

Therefore, the decision of the Division Bench now stands affirmed.

Learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the private respondents and the KMC submit that, in effect, the order passed by the Division Bench stands affirmed.

In view of the above, no further order need be passed in this regard. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any order, even as to costs.
