Official Liquidator The Court:- The Report filed by the Special Officer is taken on record. It appears from the said Report that the company was directed to be wound up as on 16 November, 1971 and the assets of the company stood vested in the Central Government, Ministry of Industrial Development, Government of India.

It also appears from the Report filed by the Official Liquidator that the Central Government, Ministry of Industrial Development, Government of India has taken over management and control of the company. In view of the above, nothing survives in this company petition, CP/282/1970 (KRISHNA SILICATE AND GLASS WORKS LTD.) stands disposed of.

The Department is directed to take necessary steps to ensure the correct reflection of the status of the company (in liquidation) in their records.

The balance amount lying to the credit of the company (in liquidation) i.e., Rs.1,27,375/- be credited to the Reserve Bank of India in view of the provisions under section 555 of the Companies Act, 1956. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) S.Bag
