The Court:- The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 10th July, 2019 passed by the Hearing Officer, Kolkata Municipal Corporation by which the annual valuation of the property of the petitioner has been assessed. The order impugned has been passed in compliance of the direction passed by this Court on 3rd February, 2015 in WP No.730 of 2006 (Poddar Dewki Ltd. & Anr. Vs. The Kolkata Municipal Corporation). The impugned order is an appealable one. The petitioner is accordingly relegated to the Appellate forum. The Appellate forum shall consider the case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

WPO No.140 of 2020 stands dismissed.
