The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 26th October, 2021 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The widow and the younger daughter are the joint executrices and the elder daughter has consented to the grant. The mother of the testator predeceased him. The Will has been proved in common form by the affidavits of the attesting witnesses.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
