The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 7th August, 2004 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

One of the sons and heir in intestacy is the executor under the Will has applied for grant of probate. The other heirs/heiress in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
