... for respondent nos.4 & 5 The writ petitioners are aggrieved that notwithstanding the hearing having been granted by WBIDC pursuant to an order dated 16th March, 2020 in W.P. No. 176 of 2020 (Adani Wilmar Ltd. & Anr. vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.), no final order has been passed. It appears that documents were sought by the Managing Director, WBIDC from the petitioner on two occasions, which have been supplied. Under those circumstances, the Managing Director, WBIDC may pass an appropriate, final and reasoned order on the hearing already conducted in respect of the petitioner's claim, mandatorily and positively within a period of 30 days form the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
