The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. It appears that the arbitration has already been commenced way back in the year 2020.

In light of the same, the interim order passed by this Court is extended till 31st December, 2022 or until further orders passed by the learned Arbitrator, whichever is earlier.

With the above observations, AP 120 of 2020 is disposed of. The Special Officer appointed is discharged.

Parties shall be at liberty to file appropriate application before the Arbitrator.
