Mr. S.P. Jana, Adv.; Mr. S. Das, Adv., for petitioner. THE COURT: Despite notice, the respondents are not represented. The affidavit-ofservice along with the notice filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. The petitioner works as a Group-C staff in Marwari Balika Vidyalaya. The School forwarded the petitioner's case for approval by the DI of Schools. But the DI of Schools did not respond to the School's request dated November 27, 2020. In that view of the matter, the DI of Schools shall consider the petitioner's representation for approval dated November 2, 2020, being Annexure P-5 to the writ petition, and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned order and communicating the same to the petitioner. To complete the aforesaid process, the DI shall be entitled to call for any records from the School including the copy of the writ petition to ascertain as to whether the petitioner was lawfully appointed or not.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. (RAJASEKHAR MANTHA, J) tk
