Counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 6th January, 2017, this Court has granted probate subject to furnishing surety of Rs.5,00,000/-. The petitioner has furnished the bond as well as surety of Rs.5,00,000/- by way of fixed deposit. The Office had directed the petitioner to get the mark of lien from the bank over the said fixed deposit. The bank has provided certificate, certifying that in the fixed deposit of Rs.5,00,000/- lien has been marked but in spite of the same, the department has not accepted the surety and has not settled the bond. In view of the above, the Registrar, Original Side is directed to look into the matter and to submit report within two weeks. Let copy of this order forwarded to the learned Registrar for compliance.
