Ms. Aparna Banerjee, Advocate ...... for respondent The Court:- This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. It is submitted that the mandate is going to expire on 23rd February, 2025 but some time may be allowed by this Court to enable the leaned Arbitrator to make and publish the award. It is further submitted that the arguments are complete and written notes of arguments have been filed.

On the basis of such submissions, this Court finds that the matter is nearing conclusion. For the ends of justice, this Court extends the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
