...for the decree-holder The Court: This is an application alleging violation of an order dated 19th December, 2023 read with the order dated 9th January, 2024. The matter has been heard on numerous occasions and repeated orders have been passed. It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnors that during the pendency of this proceeding and pursuant to orders of Court, the entire principal amount of Rs.61 lakhs has been paid to the petitioner. On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that a huge claim still remains due and payable on account of interest.

In view of the payments that they have been made, no further purpose would be served in keeping this proceeding alive. The petitioner prays for liberty to file an appropriate application if the circumstances so warrant.

In view of the above, CC-COM/3/2024 stands disposed of.

Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
