1. Today, this matter has come up as 'To Be Mentioned' for correction of the order dated 9th March, 2026.

2. It appears that in the cause tile at page 1 of the said order, a typographical error while recording the name of the writ petitioner has crept in. Accordingly, let the name of the petitioner be corrected as "Dr. Piya Sikdar".

3. Department is directed to carry out the aforesaid correction in the order dated 9th March, 2026.

4. In view of the above, time to file representation before the municipality as provided in paragraph 4 of the order dated 9th March, 2026 by the petitioner stands extended for a further period of two weeks from date.

5. Let this order be read as part of the order dated 9th March, 2026.
