The matter is called today. None appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for. Vide order dated 1st December, 2022 it was clarified that in case none appears on behalf of the petitioner, appropriate order will be passed. It is found from the record that the instant application was filed in the year 2018 but since then no steps have been taken and thus this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss PLA No. 34/2018. Accordingly, PLA No. 34/2018 is dismissed for default.
