THE COURT: Learned counsel for the judgment-debtor has handed over a draft of Rs. 3 lac to the learned Counsel for the decree-holder. Mr. Ghosh has submitted that his client will withdraw the instant proceeding as well as the other criminal proceedings under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act being CS No. 47369 of 2017 pending before the 15th Metropolitan Magistrate, Kolkata.
