The petitioner has filed an application being GA/1/2023 praying for extension of time to file accounts of the estate credits and effects of the deceased.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that after the grant of probate the petitioner has filed inventory but accounts could not filed due to non availability of the total accounts and total accounts have been obtained on 11th June, 2023.

Considering the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's summons are allowed. IA No.GA/1/2023 is disposed of.
