On a perusal of the cause title of the writ petition it appears that most of the answering respondents are located outside the Original Side jurisdiction of this Court.

In view of the above, let the writ petition be converted to the Appellate Side jurisdiction. The writ petition in the original side shall be deemed to have been disposed of.

List the writ petition in the appellate side daily cause list on 27th February, 2025 as 'Urgent Motion'.
