He submits, there has been settlement regarding grievance of petitioners against said respondents. Petitioners, therefore, don't want to proceed with any cause against the Corporation. Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Corporation.

The affidavit is kept on record and in view thereof the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
