Mr. A. Bhattacharyya, Adv.,...for the petitioner. Mr. B.P. Vaisya, Adv.; Mr. N.B. Mondal,, Adv., for State. The Court: Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners are unapproved teachers of Shree Jain Vidyalaya. The petitioners had made an application seeking approval as teachers at the said school. The school authorities made a prayer for such approval before the District Inspector of Schools(SE), Kolkata on 03.10.2023. But, no response has been forthcoming.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if such a representation is pending, the same would be decided in accordance with law.

It appears that a representation by the school authorities before the District Inspector of Schools(SE), Kolkata, dated 03.10.2023 is pending consideration.

In view of the same, let the respondent no.3 consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law and at the earliest, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities. (JAY SENGUPTA, J.) tk
