The Court :- This application for grant of probate with the registered Will and Testament dated 15th September, 2020 of the deceased above named has been filed by the joint executor and executrix. The executor is the only son of the deceased while the executrix is the only daughter. Under the last will and testament of the deceased the properties and assets of the deceased has been bequeathed to her son and daughter respectively being the executor and the executrix.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer [a] of the petition.

The petition for grant of probate stands disposed of, accordingly. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.)
