Today when the matter is called, none appears on behalf of either of the parties and no accommodation is sought for. It is found from record that the plaintiff is not interested to proceed with the matter and this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss the suit.

Accordingly, CS No. 42 of 2019 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
