The Court :- The daughter in law of the deceased has applied for grant of letters of administration with regard to the estate left behind by her fatherin-law being the abovenamed deceased. The widow and the son of the testator have died subsequent to the death of the testator. At the present apart from the grandson and the applicant there are no other heirs in intestacy, the grandson has consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 8,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
