It transpires from the order dated June 6, 2023 that the time for filing affidavit-inreply of the petitioner was extended till June 13, 2023. However, as of today, no such reply has been filed in Court and/or copy thereof served on the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is regularly absent at the time of call and has lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, WPO/238/2023 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
