THE COURT: Learned Counsel for the judgment-debtor has submitted that the concerned Bank needs some clarification in respect of the order dated 24th January, 2024. Learned Counsel for the decree-holder is also present. In view of the order dated 16th August, 2023, the penultimate paragraph of the order dated 24th January, 2024 should be read as hereinbelow:

"The orders concerning issuance of warrant of arrest and attachment of Bank account of the judgment-debtors, that is account being No. 031102000019460 maintained with the IDBI Bank, 9-14-15 Pydah Chambers, VIP Road, Siripuram, Vishkhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh-530003 to the extent of the decretal dues which aggregate to approximately of Rs.36 lacs (inclusive of interest), be vacated".

All other contents of the order dated 24th June, 2024 remained unchanged.

Urgent certified copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for.
