The Court: This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator, which expires sometime in February, 2025. It is submitted by both the parties that witness action is going on. This Court finds that there has been substantial progress in the matter.

For the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by a further period of six months from the date of communication of

this order, to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish his award. The allegations and counter-allegations are not gone into. Affidavit of service be taken on record.
