The Court : The Advocate-on-record of the plaintiff makes over an extract of the minutes of agenda of a Board of Director's meeting of the plaintiff dated 7th August, 2020 and submits that the minutes would show that the plaintiff had written off the amount of Rs.124.45 lakhs due from United Bank of India in its books of accounts as well as other amounts mentioned in the extract handed up to the Court.

It is submitted that counsel for the defendant, who was present in Court today, has no objection to the suit being withdrawn. In view of the above, CS/14/2011 is dismissed as withdrawn. A letter dated 7th January, 2021 informing the Advocate of the plaintiff that the matter would be listed before this Court as well as the extract of the minutes of meeting dated 7th August, 2020 are kept on record.
