The Court : It is submitted, upon instructions, on behalf of the decreeholder that the decree-holder does not want to proceed with this execution application and prays for leave to withdraw the same. In view of the aforesaid, EC/75/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. The warrants of arrest issued in terms of the earlier orders of Court stand discharged.

Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file a fresh execution application, if the circumstances so warrant, in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
