The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration with the last Will and Testament dated 16th November, 2018 left behind by the above named deceased annexed thereto.

After issuance of citations, no one has come forward to object to the grant of letters of administration applied for in PLA No. 74 of 2025. The Department has issued a no caveat certificate. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (c) of the petition on the will having been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.2,90,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
