..for the petitioner The Court: Counsel for the plaintiff is present. The plaintiff submits that by an order dated 2nd March, 2021 this Court has disposed of GA No. 2 of 2020 by allowing the prayer made by the plaintiff in the plaint.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff is not intending to proceed with any other prayers and prayed for drawing final decree. In view of the submissions made by the Counsel for the plaintiff, the order dated 2nd March, 2021 may be treated as final decree. The Department is directed to draw a decree in terms of the order dated 2nd March, 2021 if not drawn.
