The heiresses in intestacy of the deceased are the applicants in this application for letters of administration. It is clear from the averments made in the application that the applicants are entitled to apply and obtain letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased.

Let letters of administration be issued to the applicants jointly subject to furnishing a personal bond of Rs.8,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
