...For the Respondent Customs Authority The Court: Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. On perusal of the writ petition I find that against the grievance raised and relief asked for in the writ petition, petitioner has already made representation before the respondent Authority concerned on 21st December, 2013 being annexure P-10 at page 83 of the writ petition making request for recreating the license of the petitioner.

Without going into the merit of the aforesaid representation I think it fit to pass the order directing the respondent Authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 21st December, 2013 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative, within eight weeks from the date of

communication of this order. Petitioner will be entitled to raise all the points before the Authority concerned which has been raised in this writ petition. With these observations and directions, this writ petition being WPO 84 of 2014 stands disposed of.
