The Court : This application has been filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 by the petitioner alleging violation of the order dated 6th July, 2010 passed by His Lordship Justice Debasish Kar Gupta, in connection with the WP No.1158 of 2009. The matter has appeared after it was posted in the warning list for several days. Since none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the contempt application being CC/15/2011 stands dismissed for default.
