1. Affidavit of service is taken on record.

2. In compliance of the order dated July 7, 2025, paper publication has been made in two English daily, namely, 'Business Standard' and 'The Hindu' and in two vernacular daily, namely, 'Vishwavani' and 'Chandrika Daily' on July 9, 2025 and July 10, 2025 respectively. Despite such publication, none appears on behalf of the respondent.

3. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

4. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is required to be extended which expired on February 10, 2025.

5. Under such circumstances, considering the fact that the proceedings are near conclusion, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish his award.
