...For Union of India The Court: Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent Customs Authority concerned in implementing the order of the Commissioner of Customs dated 18th September, 2023 being annexure P-3 to the writ petition.

Mr. Dey, learned advocate representing the respondent Customs Authority concerned submits that steps have already been taken for implementation of the aforesaid order and he prays for further time for complete implementation of the aforesaid order dated 18th September, 2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 143 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3/respondent Customs Authority concerned to fully implement the aforesaid order dated 18th September, 2023 passed by the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), within a period of ten weeks from the date of communication of the order.
