The Court:-It is clear from the report of the CESC as well as submissions of Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not physically reside at 20/2D, Ram Chandra Chatterjee Lane. She lives in a maternal house at 28, Tarak Pramanick Road, Biddon Street, Kolkata - 700007. It appears to this Court, in no uncertain terms that the petitioner does not need electricity at No. 20/2D, Ram Chandra Chatterjee Lane, Kolkata - 700007. The report of CESC Limited along with annexures is taken on record. It also appears to this Court that the writ petitioner may be a co-sharer of premises

no. 20/2D, Ram Chandra Chatterjee Lane, Kolkata - 700007. The issue is not germane to the instant proceedings.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition must fail and is hereby dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
