In terms of the order dated 10th July, 2024, the Official Trustee of West Bengal has submitted the report along with certified copy of the supplementary deed of lease dated 22nd August, 2024 executed between the Official Trustee of West Bengal and Analytical Management Consultants Private Limited and Rup Chand Dhur Trust and registered through its trustees.

As per the order dated 10th July, 2024, supplementary deed of lease was registered on 2nd September, 2024 being no.10253 of 2024. Let the same be kept with the record.

The Official Trustee has also deposited a sum of Rs.1,32,45,926/- in a fixed deposit in connection with account no.43297100802 for a period of 444 days interest at the rate of 7.25% per annum which is going to be matured on 17th November, 2025.

Let the photocopy of the fixed deposit receipt be kept with the record along with the report.

As the Official Trustee has complied with the order passed by this Court on 10th July, 2024, accordingly, AOT/1/2024 is disposed of. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) sp3
