...for State The Court: The present writ petition has been filed alleging unauthorised construction on property no. 2/1, Haladhar Bardhan Lane, Kolkata by the respondent nos. 5, 6 and 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she will be satisfied if the representation dated 23rd December, 2024 is decided by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation within a time-bound manner. Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits that they are ready and willing to decide the petitioner's representation.

In view of the statement made by the parties, this Court directs the respondent Corporation to decide the petitioner's representation dated 23rd December, 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondent by way of a speaking order.
