The petitioner has filed the present application being GA/1/2024 in PLA/39/2023 praying for extension of time to file inventory and accounts of the property and credits of the testator.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted probate on 14th September, 2023 and the same was drawn on 22nd January, 2024 but due to some inadvertence the petitioner could not file the inventory and accounts and accordingly prays for extension of time. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the application. This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for nonfiling of inventory and accounts of property and credits of the testator within the prescribed time.

Accordingly, time to file inventory and accounts of the property and credits of the testator is extended for a further period of two weeks from date.

GA/1/2024 is disposed of.
