The Court : The petitioner intends to withdraw the present application on the ground that the Arbitral Tribunal has been formed under Section 9(3) of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The respondent is represented. The parties submit that by an order dated 22nd March, 2021, there was merely a direction for affidavits and by an order dated 24th March, 2021, an Arbitrator was appointed in terms of the arbitration agreement. In view of the above, AP No. 149 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. All interim orders are vacated and connected applications are disposed of. (MOUSHUMI BHATTACHARYA, J.) kc
