It appears from the said Affidavit that despite attempts the award-debtors have been unable to trace the award-debtors.

The award-debtors remain unrepresented.

In such circumstances, the award-holder prays for an opportunity to withdraw the execution application with liberty to file a fresh application. In view of the submission made on behalf of the award-holder, EC/129/2015 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

All connected applications also stand dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law.
