The petitioner submits that the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal expired on November 24, 2024. It is submitted that the arguments of the parties have been completed and the award is awaited. In the meantime, the mandate terminated.

Under such circumstances and upon considering the advanced stage in the proceeding, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitral

Tribunal by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitral Tribunal to make and publish the award.
