The Court:-None appears on behalf of the plaintiff. It reveals from record that the suit is filed in the year 2012. After filing of the suit and on scrutiny of the plaint, the learned Master has pointed out three defects. In spite of the same, the plaintiff has not taken any steps to cure the defects as pointed out by the learned Master. The matter was listed on 17th November, 2022, for the interest of justice the case was adjourned till today with the rider that if today none appears on behalf of the parties, appropriate order will be passed. When the matter is called, none appears on behalf of the plaintiff. It is also found that the plaintiff has not taken any steps to cure the defects as pointed out by the learned Master. In view of the above, plaint of CS No. 60/2012 is rejected. Accordingly, C.S. No. 60/12 with GA No. 1 of 2012 and GA No. 2 of 2012 are dismissed. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) s.chandra/
