The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 12 December 2007. It is submitted by Mr. Sinha, Advocate appearing for the State of West Bengal that during the pendency of this execution application an order of stay has been passed by the Appellate Court. It is also submitted by Mr. Sinha that the respondent /judgment-debtor has furnished appropriate security in terms of the orders of the Appellate Court. In view of the aforesaid, EC No. 91 of 2019 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file a fresh application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law.
