The Court : - By an order dated 13.6.2025 we noted the objection raised by the respondents as regards bona fide of the petitioner in filing this writ petition as a Public Interest Litigation, especially when he was a former employee of the respondent/Transport Corporation, who retired in the year 2020 and had filed this writ petition in the year 2024 alleging corruption and malpractices of a tender invited in the year 2017 when admittedly the petitioner was an employee of the respondent/Corporation.

After we have expressed our opinion on the issue, more particularly, the bona fide of this Public Interest Litigation, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition. The prayer made is acceded to and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
